The Southwest Contraband Kiwanis Club (based in Lake Charles) donated a defibrillator unit to LeBlanc Middle School on Thursday. Part of the $1,600 price tag was paid for by Sulphur residents Jack and Karen Delpapa ($500) while the rest was paid for with money the Kiwanis club had raised.
