According to officials with Department of Transportation and Development, there will be ramp closures on I-10 including:
•Westbound right lane of I-10 at mile post 20.7 (Sulphur) will be closed to traffic on Thursday, September 2, 2010, from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.
•Westbound left lane of I-10 at mile post 9.0 (Vinton) will be closed to traffic September 3, 2010 from 7 a.m. until 12 noon.
Officials state that closures are necessary for guard rail repairs.
