Ward 4 Marshal Billy Guidry reported that during the month of June 2008, 140 outstanding fugitive bench warrants were cleared through Sulphur City Court.
Fugitives with outstanding bench warrants who voluntarily contact the Ward 4 Marshal’s Office are considered for possible reduction of the contempt of court fine. Call 527-5110.
Deputies also processed a total of 249 civil and criminal papers including seizures, evictions, garnishments, subpoenas, citations and judgments.
