Ward 4 Marshal Billy Guidry reported that during the month of January 2010, 139 outstanding fugitive bench warrants were cleared through the Sulphur City Court.
Fugitives with outstanding bench warrants who voluntarily contact the Ward 4 Marshal's Office are considered for possible reductin of the contempt of court fine. Contact them at 527-5110.
Deputies also processed a total of 171 civil and criminal papers including seizures, evictions, garnishments, subpoenas, citations, and judgements.
The following streets were worked for litter detail this month: McMillan Road, North WPA, Petro Drive, and Garrett Road in Westlake.
