Around 9 p.m. Monday, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a mobile home at 2141 Country Club Rd., Lake Charles, in reference to a shooting. The investigation revealed an unknown man wearing a jacket and mask kicked in the front door to the mobile home. Once inside, the man armed with a pistol demanded money and shot the victim in his upper back/neck area. The man stole several personal items from the mobile home before fleeing on foot.

The 16 year old juvenile was located at his parent’s mobile home a short time later. A search of the mobile home revealed some of the stolen personal items in the juvenile’s bedroom.
Allison and the juvenile were both arrested and charged with armed robbery with a firearm; and attempted 2nd degree murder. Allison was booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and the juvenile was booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.
The victim is being treated at a local hospital. His injuries are believed not to be life threatening.
