Sulphur Police Chief Chris Abrahams reported from August 10-22, 2010, that officers of the Sulphur Police Department investigated five traffic accidents reporting no injuries and issued thirty traffic citations.
Officers also responded to several other incidents resulting in ten arrests.
Laura Janell Hyatt, 25, of Mclean Drive, Baytown, Texas was arrested and booked into the Sulphur City Jail for illegal possession of stolen things and possession with the intent to distribute CDS schedule IV type drugs.
Michael Dwayne Nassar, 33, of Sherwood Drive, Sulphur was arrested and booked into the Sulphur City Jail for disturbing the peace by public intoxication and resisting arrests.
Damon Earl Knox, 32, of Elm Street, Sulphur was arrested and booked into the Sulphur City Jail for bicycle lamp violation, possession with the intent to distribute CDS schedule II type drugs, simple possession of marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
