LC man arrested for juvenile pornography on computer

In December, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office began an investigation of possible child pornography on a computer owned by Timothy S. Mele, 39, 5808 Bennie Ln., Lake Charles, after receiving information from an anonymous source. The investigation revealed there was child pornography on the computer.
On January 26, Mele was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with pornography of a juvenile.
Judge Robert Wyatt set his bond at $2,500.
CPSO Detective Allison Rosteet is the lead investigator on this case.
