Gracie was born without her two front legs and left at a rescue as a puppy. Once Gracie was adopted, her mom wanted to get her a temporary wheelchair while she continues to grow. With no instructions, a 12-year-old volunteer at the shelter built Gracie a wheelchair made of LEGOs.
