INTRODUCTION OF ORDINANCE amending agreement with Verizon Wireless for Water Tower lease on Benoit Lane. ORD104-08 (Mayor LeLeux)
RESOLUTION authorizing the advertisement of bids for the new Sulphur City Council Chambers. RES65-08 (Mayor LeLeux)
RESOLUTION authorizing the advertisement of bids for the Sulphur Municipal Service Center. RES66-08 (Mayor LeLeux)
ORDINANCE DECLARING A PUBLIC EMERGENCY only to amend Ordinance No. 877, M-C Series to correctly reflect Section 2-14 as the emergency ordinance section as stated in the Home Rule Charter rather than Section 2-15. (revocation of Loki’s occupational and liquor license) ORD105-08 (Mayor LeLeux)
