The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury Office of Community Services and the Al Worley Marine Corps League #1157 will be accepting applications and certifying eligible households for participation in the Calcasieu Parish 2008 Toys for Tots Campaign beginning Monday, December 1, 2008 through Monday, December 8, 2008.
Children ages one though 12 are eligible to participated in this program if they reside in households whose income does not exceed the 2008 HHS income guidelines.
Family of 1  =  $1,455/month
Family of 2  =  $1,902/month
Family of 3  =  $2,350/month
Family of 4  =  $2,797/month
Family of 5  =  $3,245/month
Family of 6  =  $3,292/month
Family of 7  =  $3,776/month
Family of 8  =  $3,860/month
Family of 9  =  $3,994/month
Family of 10 = $4,028/month
Family of 11 = $4,112/month
Family of 12 = $4,196/month
Family of 13 = $4,280/month
Family of 14 = $4,364/month
For family units of more than 14 persons, add $84 for each additional person.
All households applying for participation in the Toys for Tots program will be required to provide, at the time of their application, the following:
•Proof of residency within Calcasieu parish
•Picture identification
•Birth certificate or Social Security card for each child
•Pay check stubs or awards letter from SSI, VA, SS, AFDC, etc.
