There will be a special meeting of the Sulphur City Council, Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at 5:45 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at 500 North Huntington, Sulphur, Louisiana to discuss and adopt the following:
RESOLUTION accepting the Mayor’s recommendation of the auditor for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010. RES74-10 (Mayor Duncan)
RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for 2008-2009 Overlay Project. RES75-10 (Mayor Duncan)
RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for 2009-2010 Overlay Project. RES76-10 (Mayor Duncan)
Consider and take appropriate action regarding the following lawsuit:

The lawsuit will be discussed in executive session
